New Member & Guest Orientation

Everyone who has never been to New Horizons before MUST attend an orientation. This even includes couples who have previously been in the lifestyle or have attended parties at other clubs. Please contact us to make a reservation for the orientation. When making reservations, you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have regarding our club. Orientations begin at 6:45 PM at Friday parties and 6:00 PM at Saturday/Sunday parties and our Wednesday night Pot Luck parties. Everyone will be required to sign a privacy agreement before participating in the orientation. Photo ID is required for entry so be sure to bring it with you.

Orientation consists of a tour of the club, a discussion of club rules, club etiquette, and club philosophy, and a question and answer period. It will typically last approximately one hour. At the conclusion of the orientation, you will be given the opportunity to decide if the club is right for you without obligation to join. However, if you should decide not to join, you will be asked to leave the club immediately as parties are limited to members and guests. All fees must be paid at the end of orientation if you intend to stay for the party. You may attend an orientation and join at a later date if necessary, however, you will not be allowed to remain for that evening’s party.

If you think you will stay for the party, you will want to bring towels, a padlock, and beer or wine, if you so desire, (weekend parties only) or food to share for our Wednesday pot lucks. No hard alcohol is allowed at any of our parties.

New Horizons is different things to different people, but it is not for everyone. Your partner and relationship must be the highest priority in your involvement at New Horizons. Constant, effective communication is essential to your success. We recommend that couples make joint decisions without pressure or persuasion. Any suggestions of coercion will not be tolerated.
